Located in the heart of Miami, this Boutique hotel has 81 guest rooms and 21 suits. Working with IHG, our firm built the first state-of-the-art Formula Blue hotel in Miami, Florida. It reflects an Urban- Casual look, expressing innovation and good taste. K Studio ID was responsible for space distribution, finishes, furniture selection, and project management in this unique and vanguard project.

Objective
The hotel's location, in the very heart of Miami, demanded a design that would resonate with the city's eclectic spirit, while also introducing a fresh narrative.
