What we've done
As the dawn of a new coffee era emerged in the United States, Parloffe Coffee Shop planted its flag, marking the inception of its first franchise on American shores. K Studio ID, always at the forefront of innovative design, was entrusted with the mission of encapsulating the brand's ethos while catering to the sophisticated American palate. Parloffe sought to weave its narrative into the fabric of American cafe culture. The challenge was to bridge two worlds, maintaining the brand's essence while integrating a contemporary touch, reflective of modern America. The design language chosen was one of warmth, a comforting embrace akin to a steaming cup of coffee on a chilly morning. Dark tones were employed, not just as a color choice, but as a statement of elegance and depth. They create a canvas of coziness, an ambiance where conversations flow, and connections are forged.
Objective
Incorporating the modern and contemporary aesthetic, the layout of the coffee shop was to invites patrons into an open yet intimate space. Clean lines, functional furnishings, and an impeccable balance of light and shadow ensure that while the ambiance is inviting, there’s a distinct chicness to the overall environment.
Result
Yet, the pièce de résistance of this design odyssey was the strategic use of gold accents. These gilded touches, scattered throughout the space, bring a sense of luxury and refinement. From light fixtures to furniture trims, the gold not only breaks the potential monotony of the dark palette but also adds layers of sophistication. It’s a nod to the exquisite nature of Parloffe’s brews, a symbol of the golden standards they uphold in every cup.
